Vicky Woods

Vicky Woods is an experienced HR leader with a strong focus on compensation and rewards management across global markets. Currently serving as Vice President Reward at Cox Automotive Inc. since May 2017, Vicky has held various critical positions including Senior Director Compensation Consulting and International Reward Director. Prior roles include Head of HR Practices at Müller UK & Ireland Group, and Head of Reward at Celesio UK, among others. Vicky has extensive experience leading reward initiatives for the EMEA region at Newell Rubbermaid and consulting on compensation and benefits strategies at Convergys. With a foundational career as Senior HR Manager at Capital One and a BA in Business from the University of Wolverhampton, Vicky demonstrates a strong track record in developing and implementing effective compensation strategies and managing complex HR projects.
