Lee Welch holds ITILv4 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications, bringing extensive experience in technical analysis and project management. Since April 2020, Lee has served as a Senior Technical Analyst at Cox Communications, focusing on developing a new framework for the Vendor Management team. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager/Business Process Analyst for Atrium Staffing, where Lee facilitated collaboration between business owners and vendors to manage project launches effectively. Additionally, Lee spent over 13 years at Time Warner Cable in various capacities, including MDU Sales Operations Support Supervisor and Coordinator, where responsibilities involved team development, performance metrics establishment, and managing compliance in Salesforce systems.
