Pablo Pareja has extensive experience in sales and customer retention, currently serving as Director of Call Center Vendor Management and Director of Customer Retention at Cox Communications since January 2004. In these roles, Pablo leads a team of 120 call center sales agents, managing approximately 80,000 inbound calls monthly and focusing on retaining customers in California. Previously, Pablo held the position of Vice President of Sales, overseeing a $600 million annual revenue business with a 190-member sales team across multiple channels. Pablo also served as Director of Sales, successfully consolidating and transforming sales operations into a cohesive culture. Earlier career experience includes serving as Corporate Sales Manager at AT&T Mobility. Pablo holds an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
