Elisha Young

Elisha Young, PMP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Solution Delivery at Cox Enterprises, where responsibilities include overseeing project implementations across multiple departments such as Human Resources and Payroll, driven by leadership skills and technical expertise. Previously, Elisha held the position of Senior Program Manager at Cox Enterprises, managing enterprise-wide HR and Benefits system implementations. Prior to Cox, Elisha was the Director of Application Development & Maintenance for the State of Georgia, leading a team of 35 and overseeing critical technology solutions. Elisha’s early career includes roles at Anteogroup Consulting, Oracle, Apogen Technologies, and Lockheed Martin, focusing on project management and technical leadership in various capacities. Elisha holds an MBA from the University of New Orleans and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Xavier University of Louisiana.
