Clara is responsible for all Coyne strategic and tactical Talent Management functions and Human Capital needs of the organization. These include creating and implementing policies and practices that keep Coyne the Best Place to Work, employee relations issues, benefit plans, corporate-wide training, succession planning, compensation planning and analysis, talent acquisition and HRIS upgrades.

Clara’s unique executive experience blends extensive Human Resources and Operations skills with experience in industries including Professional Services, IT, Healthcare, Brokerage and Business Management. Her extensive strategic and tactical human resources expertise along with her operations savvy creates profitable, high-performing and customer-driven organizations.
