These include creating and implementing policies and practices that keep Coyne the Best Place to Work, employee relations issues, benefit plans, corporate-wide training, succession planning, compensation planning and analysis, talent acquisition and HRIS upgrades.
Clara’s unique executive experience blends extensive Human Resources and Operations skills with experience in industries including Professional Services, IT, Healthcare, Brokerage and Business Management.
