Michael Dous

Michael Dous has extensive experience in the tourism industry, currently serving as Egypt Area Manager and previously as Egypt Sales Manager at Cozmo Travel since September 2022. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Tourism Operation Manager at Sun International For Tourism from January 2017 to August 2022 and worked as Senior Operation & Marketing Manager at Spring Tours Egypt from December 2005 to April 2017. Michael's responsibilities have included managing sales and marketing functions, overseeing customer service, conducting market analysis, and executing online advertising campaigns. Earlier roles included Sales and Marketing Manager and Tour Operator, with a focus on the East European market and charter flight business. Michael holds a Career Certificate in Marketing and Sales from The American University in Cairo, and a Bachelor’s degree in Egyptology from Cairo University.
