Nowel Yang

Nowel Yang is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in full stack web development and project management. Currently working at Microsoft since March 2021, Nowel previously held roles at Cozystay as a Full Stack Web Developer, contributing to the development of responsive web pages and backend systems using various technologies such as HTML5, CSS, MySQL, and PHP Laravel. Additionally, Nowel has experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, overseeing development teams and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Earlier roles include serving as a Teaching Assistant at Langara College and an Engineer Assistant at Wistron, where responsibilities included marking assignments, customizing WordPress plugins, and coordinating testing processes for IBM products. Nowel holds two diplomas, one in Information Technology Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and another in Computer Study from Langara College.
