Peter Abbruscato has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Peter began their career as an Account Manager at Parking Systems in 2001 and later transitioned to become a General Manager at Apartment 138 in 2004. In 2005, they became a Co-Owner of Bar 4.
In 2012, Peter joined the Three Kings Restaurant Group as a General Manager, overseeing the opening of Talde Jersey City, Carrino Provisions, and Pork Slope.
Peter then joined Commune Hotels + Resorts in 2015 as the General Manager at Talde Miami Beach at the Thompson Hotel. The following year, they became the Director of Restaurants & Nightlife at The Confidante, a position they held until 2018.
In 2018, Peter joined Plum, Inc. plum.wine as a Business Development Manager, where they contributed to reimagining the wine by the glass experience. Peter stayed with the company until 2020.
Currently, Peter is working as a Business Development Manager at Cozzini Bros., America's largest commercial knife rental and knife sharpening service. Peter has been recognized for their exceptional performance, earning the EDGE Elite 2021 + 2022 and BDM of the Year (EAST) 2022 awards.
From 1998 to 1999, Peter Abbruscato attended the New York Institute of Technology, where they studied Hotel & Restaurant Management. Peter then transferred to Brooklyn College in 1999 and completed their education there in 2001, majoring in Information Technology.
