Business Development Manager at Cozzini Bros, Inc.

Trace Alvis has a diverse background in the culinary industry, starting with a role as a Pizza Cook at Inzo Italian Kitchen in 2013. They then transitioned to TAG Burger Bar, where they held the position of Lead Line Cook, responsible for leading brunch, lunch, and dinner services and coordinating with front-of-house staff. In 2016, Trace worked as an Assistant Manager at Dallas Craft Company before moving on to Lakeside Craft Kitchen as a Kitchen Manager. They then joined Nordstrom Bazille as a Lead Line Cook and later became a Sous Chef. Trace continued their career at Nordstrom Grill as an Executive Chef and finally worked at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. as a Restaurant Manager. They currently hold the position of Business Development Manager at Cozzini Bros.

Trace Alvis attended Keller High School from 2007 to 2010, where they did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. After high school, they enrolled at Johnson & Wales University in 2013. They pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Culinary Arts and Related Services, which they completed in 2016. Alongside their bachelor's degree, Trace also earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Culinary and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University. This degree was obtained from 2013 to 2015.
