Kailey Morris

Kailey Morris has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. Kailey began their career as an Office Associate at Gate Logic Security, where they greeted clients, organized the office, and managed supplies. From 2014 to 2017, they also worked as a Household Manager/Nanny. In 2015, they joined Mary Baldwin University as an Ambassador and became a Collegiate Athlete for soccer until 2019.

In 2019, Kailey worked as a Marketing Intern at Mary Baldwin University's College of Business and Professional Studies, where they managed marketing events, lectures, student life, and social media. Kailey then transitioned to Barton Associates Careers in 2019 as an Account Manager.

From 2020 to 2022, Kailey worked at Matrix Absence Management as a Claims Examiner and later joined Elder Alternatives Inc. as an Employee Relations Supervisor. In 2022, they became a Human Resources Generalist at Playwire, where they worked until 2023.

Currently, Kailey Morris is employed at CP Group as a Human Resources Generalist, starting in 2023.

Kailey Morris obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Mary Baldwin University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in "Nine Career Lessons You'll Wish You Learned Sooner" from LinkedIn in October 2022.
