Olaf Winzer

Olaf Winzer has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr. Manager HR for the EMEA Region and Germany at CP Kelco since April 2005. In this role, Olaf has held various positions, including Global HR Business Partner for Foodgums Operations and HR Manager for Germany and the EMEA region. Prior to CP Kelco, Olaf worked as HR Manager at Campbell Soup Company from February 2001 to March 2005 and as Marketing Manager at Nord-TV GmbH for a brief period in 2000. Starting in the HR field as a Training Manager at Deutsches Institut für Betriebswirtschaft from 1996 to 1999, Olaf possesses a solid educational foundation with a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration from Kiel University, focusing on Innovation Management, Marketing, and Psychology.
