Ridgley Norman

Ridgley Norman has over 40 years of experience in the chemical engineering and manufacturing sectors, holding various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Operational Excellence at CP Kelco since 2000, Ridgley provides global operations support across multiple locations including China, the US, Brazil, and Europe. Previous positions include Sr. Manager of Global Supply Chain and Process Manager at CP Kelco, where Ridgley focused on supply chain support and process improvement projects, respectively. Prior to CP Kelco, Ridgley held significant roles at Monsanto Company and Merck, including SAP Project Manager and Process Engineering Manager. Ridgley earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
