Tora Jorn

Tora Jorn has a diverse background in the food industry, starting as a production machine operator at Chr. Hansen A/S and progressing to roles such as Product Development Scientist at CO-RO A/S and R&D Project Manager at LEAF Denmark. Tora also served as Chairman of IDA Food Network and gained sensory evaluation skills as a member of the sensory panel at Copenhagen University. Currently, at CP Kelco, Tora holds various titles including Application Development Manager, Manager of Sales Technical Service, and Technical Support Manager, overseeing labs in Denmark and the UAE to provide technical sales support for hydrocolloids and ingredients globally.
