Richard Eccles

Richard Eccles is an experienced senior executive with a diverse background in operations, business development, and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Group Chief Operating Officer at CP Media since January 2019, Richard previously co-founded CP Active, a not-for-profit organization focused on promoting health and wellbeing in workplaces and communities. As Managing Director of CP Environment Limited, Richard oversaw initiatives to enhance public spaces. Earlier roles include Commercial & Operations Director at Community Partners Limited, and multiple positions at Thomson Reuters, including Head of Custom Web Solutions, where Richard was instrumental in business strategy and public sector contract management. Richard's career also includes leadership roles at NET Ltd, CBS Outdoor, and St John Ambulance, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws degree from Leeds Beckett University.
