Rick Goldstein

Rick Goldstein began their work experience in 1990 as an engineering manager at CIBA Vision. Rick then moved on to ETHICON Johnson & Johnson in 2000, where they served as a Global Manager PMO, leading a team focused on the transfer and commercialization of medical device products and processes. In 2004, they became the Director of Engineering at Boston Scientific, leading a team responsible for manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and project management. Rick then joined Cordis in 2005 as a Business Unit Manager for Process Development. In 2008, they became the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Biomet 3i, where they managed the operating budget and drove cultural change through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing. Currently, since 2016, they serve as the Vice President of Operations at CP Medical, Inc., overseeing various departments related to supply chain, manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, and regulatory.

Rick Goldstein obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 1976 to 1980.
