Izzy Clay has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. They started their career at Empereon Marketing as a Technical Support Agent, where they provided technical assistance to customers. In 2017, they joined Hostgator.com as a Web Advisor 1/Jr Linux Administrator, responsible for web advisory and junior Linux administration tasks. They later transitioned to the role of Web Advisor Coach/Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance and training to other team members. In 2021, Izzy joined cPanel as a Customer Service II, where they showcased their expertise in assisting license customers and prioritizing departmental needs. They then moved into the role of Quality Assurance Analyst in 2022. Throughout their career, Izzy has consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service and a commitment to improving departmental efficiency.
