Graydon Finn

Graydon Finn has extensive experience in engineering management and project management, currently serving as Engineering Manager and Project Manager at Colder Products Company since November 2017. Prior to this role, Graydon worked as a Sales Application Engineer at Twin City Fan Companies, Ltd. from June 2015 to November 2017, and held positions at Pentair from August 2011 to May 2015, including Engineering Project Manager and Lean Engineer. Graydon began the professional journey as an Engineering Intern at Donaldson Company from May 2010 to May 2011 and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota in 2009. Educationally, Graydon holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota.
