Erica Kitteringham, CHRP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in performance management, leadership development, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at CPC Pumps International since October 2022, Erica previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at The Hain Celestial Group from October 2016 to September 2022, and as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Teranga Gold Corporation for one year. Additional experience includes roles at Dream Unlimited as an Associate in People + Culture, at Softchoice as a Human Resources Coordinator, and at Research House as a Supervisor/Recruiter. Erica holds a Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English from York University.
