Leina Benouniche

Leina Benouniche is a senior consultant at CPCS since May 2022, specializing in infrastructure management consulting, particularly in transport, power, and public-private partnerships. Previously, Leina worked as a study manager in the Cabinet of the Algerian Ministry of Energy Transition and Renewable Energies from August 2020 to August 2021 and served as a junior consultant for sustainable development at Deloitte France, focusing on the recycling of cardboard and paper. Earlier experience includes coordinating projects at Fives, where Leina contributed to industrial gas purification technology strategies, and overseeing the design, operation, and maintenance of solar plants at SYSTEKO. Leina holds an engineering degree from Mines Paris - PSL and a Master's degree in Energy and Environmental Economics from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, with additional studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Peking University. Education also includes a high school diploma with honors from Lycée Louis Pasteur.
