Flávio de Souza

Flávio de Souza began their work experience in 1999 at ABB as a Sales Support for Medium Voltage Switchgear. From 2002 to 2010, they worked at AREVA T&D as a Sales Manager for Power Generation and Utilities, focusing on customer relationship and business development. Following that, Flávio joined Schneider Electric in 2010 and held various roles such as Sales Manager for Generation, Commercial Manager for Power Generation, National Sales Manager for Utilities, and National Sales Manager for End User - Strategic Accounts. In 2018, they joined CPFL Energia as the Commercial Director of Energy Solution. Most recently, Flávio became a Tax Board Member at Banestes S/A – Banco do Estado do Espírito Santo in 2022.

Flávio de Souza has a diverse education history. In 2001, they graduated from Universidade Paulista with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Flávio later pursued a Post-Graduation certificate in Marketing Management from Ibmec in 2007-2008. In 2013, Flávio attended UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School for Organizational Leadership studies. In 2019, they completed a course in Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2020, Flávio participated in an Executive Program at StartSe, focusing on business, management, marketing, and related support services. Lastly, in 2022, they took a course in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at Fundação Dom Cabral.
