Rich has a background in civil engineering and public administration, with experience in managing municipal services programs, project management, and business development with government and institutional clients. Rich has held various leadership roles in public works, inspections, and stormwater management divisions, and has worked on designing roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects throughout their career in various government agencies and private sector organizations.
