Shawn Maholick

Shawn Maholick has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in IT services and management. Shawn is currently working as the Head of IT-Services & Office Management at cplace, where they also serve as the Quality Management Representative (QMR/QMB) and the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Prior to this, they worked at FCR Immobilien AG as a Senior IT Specialist. Before that, they held various positions at Heitmann IT GmbH, including Regionalleitung IT-Services, Leitung IT-Infrastruktur, Teamleiter IT-Services, Teamkoordinator IT-Services, and IT System Engineer. Shawn also served as the CEO of Samic Systems and worked as an IT-Systemadministrator at Shellex Klier Germany GmbH.

Shawn Maholick obtained an MBA in Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation & Digital Transformation from thePower in 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration degree from Technische Universität Darmstadt in 2006. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Business Continuity Manager and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) from DGI Deutsche Gesellschaft für Informationssicherheit AG in 2022 and 2021 respectively. Shawn also holds certifications in areas such as low-code training, OKR implementation, and IT Information Library Foundations.
