Kelly Harshberger has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Kelly began their career as the Director of Human Resources & Quality Management at La Paloma Family Service, Inc in 2004, where they handled various HR responsibilities such as processing payroll and conducting interviews. Kelly then worked as a Contracts Administrator at La Frontera Inc. from 2011 to 2012, focusing on contract negotiation and compliance. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Quality Compliance Analyst at PEOPLE OF COLOR NETWORK, INC., ensuring compliance with state regulations and conducting audits. Since 2015, Kelly has been associated with Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC), where they held the positions of Quality Management Director, overseeing quality management functions for behavioral health programs, and currently serves as the Vice President of Integrated Health & Human Services, responsible for ensuring operational practices align with CARF certification standards.

Kelly Harshberger obtained a BS degree in Physiology, General from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Kelly then pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Counseling & Human Relations at Northern Arizona University, graduating in 2007.
