Dale Newton

Dale Newton is the current General Manager of Wolverine Proctor at CPM Holdings. Dale has previous experience as the Vice President & General Manager of Nederman from January 2014 to December 2017 and the Director of Sales & Marketing at Duff Norton from January 2011 to December 2014. Dale also spent 13 years at Ingersoll Rand from January 1998 to December 2011, where they served as the General Manager. While at Ingersoll Rand, they were responsible for P&L of a service, sales, and distribution center for Air Compressors and accessories. Dale also managed the development and performance of 20 employees, was responsible for the sales and service of all Ingersoll Rand compressors in the state of Virginia, and led the implementation of a new software operating system (Oracle & Siebel). Under their leadership, the company saw 13% growth in capital equipment sales and 28% growth in OI, and they were able to reduce inventory by over 30%.

Dale Newton has a Masters of Business Administration from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University, and a master's degree from Western High School.
