Erik Pederson

Erik joined CPM in 2020 as CPO. Prior to CPM, Erik held leadership positions in Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Logistics at nVent, a diversified industrial manufacturer. Erik also spent 10 years at General Mills with roles in operational and supply chain leadership which included experiences with equipment from most of the CPM product lines. Erik brings a customer-first philosophy to Procurement that focuses on process improvements and business partnerships to create top and bottom-line value in organizations. He holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management and a Doctorate degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
