Thomas Russell

Thomas Russell has extensive work experience in the field of software development and data analysis. Thomas began their career at National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) as a Senior Programmer, where they customized and tested billing and accounting software modules. Thomas then worked at Express Scripts as a Print Server Administrator, managing data flow for member materials and designing departmental applications. After that, they joined Magellan Health Services as a Business Analyst, where they worked until 2010.

In 2010, Thomas joined U.S. Bank as a Report Developer, creating and maintaining specialized reports using Microsoft SSRS and SQL Server. Thomas also worked as a Technical Consultant at Apex Systems, providing clients with expertise in SQL Server reporting and analysis solutions. Thomas then joined Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis as a Business Analyst, providing IT support for the US Treasury.

In 2016, Thomas worked as a Data Analyst at Charter Communications, where they analyzed and documented business processes and data needs for an e-Commerce initiative. Thomas also worked as a Data Analyst at Ferguson Consulting Inc before joining Lumeris in 2018.

At Lumeris, Thomas held multiple roles including Sr. Data Conversion Specialist and Sr. Software Engineer. In these positions, they developed, tested, and implemented ETL and reporting solutions, worked closely with business stakeholders, and optimized SQL query processing.

Most recently, Thomas is currently working at CPM as a Lead Developer.

Thomas Russell obtained an MBA in Management Information Systems from Lindenwood University in 2004-2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Old Dominion University in 1995-1997. In 2018, they also obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional certification.
