Lisa Douglas is a seasoned Business Development Executive with extensive experience in the grocery sector, currently working with CPM UK since July 2013 on the Mars Grocery Account. Lisa specializes in promoting and maximizing sales of Mars products across major grocery multiples in the North East, focusing on territory growth and achieving key performance indicators. Previously, Lisa served as a Consultant for the Mars Independent Account, where responsibilities included increasing Mars product visibility in independent retail outlets. Prior experience includes a role as Executive Account Manager at Trinity Mirror Group PLC, where Lisa managed key accounts and sought new business opportunities across print and digital media platforms. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminology from The Open University.
