Jose L. Torres

Jose L. Torres, a Project Engineer at CPM Intl, has extensive experience in program management for various infrastructure projects in Puerto Rico. Prior to their current role, Jose L. served as a Project Manager at KD Contractors, overseeing the expansion of the Santa Isabel Waste Water Treatment Plant and the construction of a Municipal Aqueduct system in Barrazas. Torres holds a JD from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
