Kenneth Schisler is the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at CPower Energy Management. Kenneth has over 10 years of experience in the energy industry, and has held positions at EnerNOC, Vicinity Energy, and Enel X.
Schisler has been instrumental in developing system/market operator rules as an industry stakeholder, preparing and directing regulatory filings and testimony, and executing new market development policy strategy. Kenneth has also overseen the development and implementation of EnerNOC’s comprehensive compliance and risk management program.
Under their leadership, the team has successfully lobbied federal and state executive and legislative branch officials, including giving public hearing testimony. Schisler also led EnerNOC’s policy team throughout the period of consideration in what ultimately became the company’s win at the United States Supreme Court in EPSA v. FERC.
Schisler currently represents CPower’s public policy interests before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, RTO/ISO stakeholder committees (including PJM Interconnection, New York ISO, ISO New England, and Midwest ISO), and more than 20 state and federal executive branch agencies, legislatures and regulators.
Kenneth Schisler attended the University of Maryland School of Law, where they earned their JD with honors. Kenneth then went on to Salisbury University, where they studied environmental biology.
