Shelley Schopp

Shelley Schopp is the SVP of Customer Fulfillment at CPower Energy Management. Shelley has held this position for 7 years and 9 months. Prior to their current role, Shelley was with Constellation for 12 years and 7 months, where they served as Director of Load Response Operations, VP of Power Operations, and Associate of Power Operations. In their role as Director of Load Response Operations, Shelley managed a team of customer program managers, engineers, sales support, contract administration, meter operations, and downstream operations. Shelley was responsible for the operational oversight of the load response business in order to provide streamlined operations and reduce operating costs. Additionally, they regularly reported operational status to senior management and staff, and was successful with the development and implementation of strategic plans and budgets. As VP of Power Operations, Shelley was responsible for leading, motivating, and building successful teams and synergies with others. Shelley also managed the CEG Wholesale Operational team, which included ISO and Structured Deal Settlements, Emissions and Renewable Energy Credits, Payments, Scheduling Desk, and Exchange Operations. In this role, Shelley developed and implemented staffing plans for increased responsibilities, interfaced with Origination and Asset Operations to strategize and identify crucial terms for contracts under negotiation, created and facilitated new processes and systems to improve settlement accuracy, and was responsible for the settlement of all non-standard agreements and ISO invoices for the ISO-NE and NYISO markets. Prior to their time at Constellation, Shelley worked as a Trader at Orion Power for 2 years, and as a Power Scheduler at Southern Company Energy Marketing for 1 year and 5 months.

Shelley Schopp attended Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business from 1992 to 1996, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree.
