Khursheed Irani

Khursheed Irani started their work experience in 2005 as a Technical Recruiter at QSolv Inc and later joined ISTS Worldwide Inc in 2006, where they held roles as a Recruiter and Recruiter/Relationship Manager. In 2010, they transitioned to cPrime Inc, starting as a Senior Recruiting Manager and progressing to Director of Recruiting, Head of Talent Acquisition, and ultimately Head of Global Talent Services. Khursheed's work involved managing recruitment processes, VMS accounts, conducting searches, and providing consulting services for various companies in the technology and engineering sectors.

Khursheed Irani obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting and Business from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, in 2010, Khursheed Irani became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance and also received a Certified Internet Recruiter certification from AIRS, an ADP company.
