Andrea Rumbaua

Andrea Rumbaua is a Software Engineering Fellow at Formation, selected for a competitive program focused on mastering computer science fundamentals. Rumbaua has significant experience as a Test Development Technician at CPS HR Consulting, where coordination with teams and vendors led to the overhaul of over 50 projects and the creation of a new item bank for computer-based testing. Previous roles include Practice Analyst at Lincoln Financial Network, managing a client database and migrating to Salesforce CRM, as well as a Social Services Intern at LifeSTEPS and an Administrative Assistant at Sutter Health - Bay Area. Rumbaua holds a certificate in Full Stack Web Development from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration/Gerontology from California State University-Sacramento.
