Jody Lecheler

Jody Lecheler, M.S., currently serves as a Senior HR Consultant at CPS HR Consulting since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jody worked at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County from May 2016 to October 2023, initially as an Assessment & Development Specialist and then as the Test Administration and Assessment Coordinator, overseeing remote and on-site employment exams and developing assessments for public safety personnel. Jody's experience includes a position as an Employee Selection Specialist at the Maryland Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included applicant recruitment and selection examination development. Jody began in human resources as an intern at Wayne Farms LLC, focusing on worker retention and turnover analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and History from Ball State University.
