Tom Eames

Tom Eames is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Tech Rep Level 2 at CPT Network Solutions since March 2022, Tom provides remote support for a national network of telecom Field Technicians and possesses expertise in various PBX platforms. Previously, Tom worked as a Field Engineer and Supervisor at Fourteen IP, where installation of VoIP technology was executed for major hospitality clients across the United States and Canada. Experience as a Field Service Technician Sub-Contractor at Morgan Communications involved hands-on work with voice and data solutions for the hospitality and SMB sectors. A notable 20-year career at Xeta Technologies/Windstream Communications included roles as a Business System Technician II and leadership responsibilities in management and training. Tom's career began at NEC as a PBX/Data Engineer. Tom holds a Third Degree degree in Sports and Exercise from Quincy High School.
