Cathy Rigsby

Cathy Rigsby is an experienced Technical Publications Lead Engineer currently at C&R Software since March 2021. Prior to this role, Cathy held the same title at FICO from January 2013 to March 2021, contributing to documentation efforts as part of the Titanium Implementation team following the acquisition of C&R Software. Cathy's career began at CR Software LLC, where from January 1999 to March 2011, Cathy served as Documentation Manager/Editor, overseeing the production of user documentation using MS Word and RoboHelp, and managing a small team of technical writers.
