Santhosh Maruthi

Santhosh Maruthi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Santhosh currently works for C&R Software as a Product Management - Senior Manager, where they oversee the Product management and technical product management function for the PlacementsPlus SaaS app. Santhosh'smain focus is on migrating the app from a legacy datacenter to AWS.

Prior to their current role, Santhosh worked at FICO for eight years, starting as a Software Engineering Manager and later moving into Product Management roles. In their time at FICO, they successfully managed the FICO Network and FICO PlacementsPlus engineering teams, delivering multiple product releases and implementing new UI and reporting frameworks.

Before joining FICO, Santhosh worked at Wipro Technologies as a Manager, where they gained expertise in the UK/Euro payments industry. Santhosh played a key role in setting up the engagement with Lloyds Banking Group in London and grew the team to over 30 members.

Santhosh also has experience working at Intel as a Developer, where they implemented critical business processes and built an analytics application. Santhosh was involved in corporate initiatives like innovation management and contributed to the collation and review of patent ideas.

Earlier in their career, Santhosh worked at Honeywell as a Principal Software Engineer, specializing in product development for the Compass product suite and related Windows UI and communication server. Santhosh also worked on serial communication modules.

In addition, Santhosh has had contract work as a Developer, where they developed various applications for clients in Bangalore. Santhosh worked on projects such as a mobile electricity billing solution based on Palm OS and a sync software to connect with an Oracle backend.

At the beginning of their career, Santhosh worked at Talisma as a Developer Support Engineer, providing technical support for developers on PALM OS and PALM SDK.

Santhosh Maruthi graduated from B.M.S College of Engineering in 1999 with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In November 2016, they obtained a certification in Executive Data Science Specialization from Johns Hopkins University through Coursera Course Certificates. Additionally, in January 2021, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
