Kevin Wales has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kevin has held various leadership roles in notable companies such as Cracker Barrel, Marriott International, About Objects, Inc., Employee Navigator, LLC, Just Moulding Franchising, LLC, Oracle, Accenture, and IBM.

In their most recent role as Vice President of Application Development and Enterprise Architecture at Cracker Barrel, Kevin is responsible for overseeing and managing the development of the company's consumer-facing mobile applications.

At Marriott International, they served as the Vice President of Architecture & Development, Mobile and Web. During their tenure, they successfully established and led the mobile development organization, implemented SAFe Agile methodologies, and accelerated the release schedule, resulting in improved ratings and customer satisfaction.

Prior to that, Kevin worked as a Senior Enterprise Consultant at About Objects, Inc. There, they collaborated with Cerner, a key client, to develop reusable platform frameworks for emerging technology apps running on iOS devices.

Kevin's career also includes a role as a Product Manager at Employee Navigator, LLC, where they were responsible for defining, developing, and delivering mobile solutions.

Before transitioning to the corporate world, Kevin founded Just Moulding Franchising, LLC, where they developed a business plan, integrated technology, and built a successful sales team.

Kevin began their career at IBM as a Staff Programmer and Database Architect. During their time at IBM, they gained expertise in application development, database design, enterprise architecture, and networking technologies.

Throughout their career, Kevin has consistently demonstrated leadership and expertise in technical architecture, solutioning, delivery, support, and security. Kevin has successfully managed and mentored teams while maintaining accountability for development budgets.

Kevin Wales completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School in 1993-1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science Engineering with a concentration in Database and Knowledge Engineering from the University of Connecticut from 1984-1989. Additionally, Kevin Wales obtained a certification as a Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the year 2020.
