Rich Wolfson

Richard Wolfson is a highly experienced professional who currently serves as the Senior Vice President - General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Cracker Barrel. Prior to their current role, Richard held the position of Vice President - General Counsel at CLARCOR Inc. Richard also has experience as a Principal at InterAmerican Group and as a Partner at Baker & McKenzie. Richard holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, a BA in Spanish and Economics from Colgate University, and completed their high school education at Concord Academy.
