Mike Hallam

Mike Hallam is a highly experienced professional with a diverse work history. Mike began their career at Lloyds Banking Group as the Fleet Director in 1999 before moving on to GE, where they served as the Regional Managing Director from 2000 to 2005. Following this, they worked at the Caudwell Group as the Sales Director in 2005 and later joined Wish Communications Limited as the Managing Director in 2006. At Wish Communications, Mike focused on providing business-to-business communication solutions and achieved industry recognition for outstanding performance. In 2013, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Olive Communications UK before joining Virgin Media Business as the Sales Director - Indirect in 2015. Mike was later promoted to the role of Executive Managing Director - Wholesale in 2019. In 2021, Mike held positions at both Virgin Media O2 as the Wholesale Director Fixed and Service Express as the Managing Director. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Egg and will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer in October 2023 before becoming the Chief Executive Officer. Mike's extensive work experience showcases their expertise in various leadership and executive roles.

Mike Hallam attended Lutterworth Grammar School from 1983 to 1988. Mike did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study during this time. In 2021, Mike obtained the certification called "Equity Sequence™️ for ALL" from Tidal Equality, an institution associated with Virgin Media.
