Leon Milchers has extensive experience in sales and product management, currently serving as an Area Sales Manager at Craemer GmbH since August 2016, where responsibilities include customer base expansion, new customer acquisition, and market development within the DACH region, as well as providing support in Scandinavia and the Middle East. Previous roles include Product Manager, where Leon focused on establishing a new department and implementing processes, as well as serving as a Werkstudent in operational marketing and in sales at Rippert Anlagentechnik GmbH & Co. KG and Stroco e.K. Metallverarbeitung. Leon holds an MBA and Engineering degree from FH Münster and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Marketing and Sales from Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences.
