Director of Customer Success at Craft.io

Ayelet Abu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ayelet most recently worked as the Director of Customer Success at Craft.io, starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at Unwrapped from December 2019 to July 2020, where they managed relationships with customers in the Travel & Hospitality industries globally. In this role, they established processes and best practices for Customer Success, conducted data analysis, and managed cross-organizational projects.

Before their roles in customer success, Ayelet worked at Natural Intelligence from 2015 to 2019. Ayelet began as a Marketing Analyst from March 2015 to April 2016 and later became a Sales & Business Development Manager. In this position, they managed strategic client relationships, analyzed performance data, and brought new business to the company.

Prior to their time at Natural Intelligence, Ayelet worked at HP from 2010 to 2015. Ayelet served as a Project Manager from January 2013 to March 2015, leading a team in a cost reduction project and a new product launch. Previously, they worked as a Process Engineer from January 2010 to December 2012, where they were responsible for process and quality improvement and project management.

Ayelet's early work experience includes a role as a Project Coordinator at Perach - Tutorial Project from 2007 to 2008 and a Sales Associate at Pelephone in 2005. Ayelet also served as an Education Officer (Lieutenant) in the Israeli Defence Force from 2001 to 2004, where they wrote and executed educational programs for soldiers and organized events.

Overall, Ayelet Abu has extensive experience in customer success, sales, business development, project management, and process improvement.

Ayelet Abu completed their education at Tel Aviv University. Ayelet earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing at the same university from 2012 to 2014.
