Juan Carlos V.

Juan Carlos V. began their career in 2020 as a Desarrollo web at Numerus Apertus, where they were responsible for content creation, design, development, and maintenance of a digital legal magazine. That same year, they also took on the role of Tribunal Secretary in Arbitration at Cámara de Comercio de Costa Rica, where they were involved in software development arbitration, legal and doctrinal analysis, review of evidence, preparation of reports, and coordination of meetings between arbitrators. In 2022, they joined CrafterCMS as a Jr. Software QA Automation Engineer, where they created and maintained test cases using Kiwi TCMS, wrote automated tests using Java, TestNG, Maven, Ansible, and REST Assured for CrafterCMS API's, and conducted manual testing over CrafterCMS Authoring Tool using Firefox and Chrome Browser Debugger.

Juan Carlos V. holds a Licentiate degree in Law from the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR. Juan Carlos is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica, and is expected to graduate in 2023. In 2021, they also completed a Specialization in IT Risk Management from the Universidad Nacional, as well as a Development of Applications for Android using JAVA and Android Studio from the Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica, MICITT. Juan Carlos V. has also obtained several certifications, such as an Introduction to Structured Query Language (SQL) from Coursera in 2020, an Autopsy Digital Forensics 8-Hour Online Training from Basis Technology in 2020, a Finder certification from the Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje (INA) in 2020, and an IT Governance certification from the Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje (INA) in 2020.
