Lemi Orhan Ergin

Lemi Orhan Ergin is an accomplished professional in software development and Agile methodologies, currently serving as Co-Founder of Craftgate, a cloud-based payment gateway, since June 2020. Lemi has extensive experience in fostering software craftsmanship and agile practices, demonstrated through roles as Founder and Co-Organizer of the Software Craftsmanship Turkey Community, and as Co-Founder of Craftbase. Previous positions include Agile Software Craftsman and Agile Practice Lead at iyzico, Managing Partner and Agile Coach at ACM, and Agile Practice Lead at Sony, where Lemi developed a development culture focused on high-quality products. Lemi's career began in the Turkish Air Forces as a Software Officer, with a solid educational foundation in Computer Science Engineering from Marmara University.
