Tim Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2023. Tim is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Craftwork, a company they started in 2023. Prior to that, Tim served as the Managing Partner at MPG Fund, an industry-agnostic venture capital fund investing in early-stage technology startups across the U.S. and Canada. From 2020 to 2022, they held multiple roles at Odeko including Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Product Officer. Tim also founded and served as the CEO of Cloosiv, an iOS and Android mobile ordering app for independent coffee shops and cafés, from 2017 to 2020. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Tim worked as a Management Consultant at both North Highland from 2014 to 2017 and Boston Retail Partners from 2012 to 2014.
Tim Griffin attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, with a focus on general studies. In 2019, they also completed the Y Combinator program, known as S19, which focused on entrepreneurship and technology.
