Emma Waterman has worked for various companies in different roles throughout their career. Emma began at the Whitney Museum of American Art in 2014 as a Family Programs employee. In 2015, they worked at The Metropolitan Museum of Art as part of the Teaching Corps and then joined the Art Institute of Chicago as a Development Assistant. From 2016 to 2019, Emma worked at WeWork, starting as a Community Lead and later becoming a Community Manager. Emma then moved on to Ferrara in 2019, where they served as a Senior Workplace Experience Leader until 2021. Currently, Emma holds a position at Crafty as the Senior Implementation Manager, starting in 2021 and recently transitioning to the role of Director of Implementation in July 2022.
