Charlotte Dieltjens

Charlotte Dieltjens is a Service Designer at Craftzing since June 2021. Prior to that, at Telenet from March 2018 to June 2021, Charlotte held roles as Lead Design Thinking/ Service Design and Customer Journey Designer. Before Telenet, Charlotte worked at Inter IKEA Group from January 2014 to February 2018 as a Business Area Manager Customer Relations. Charlotte also has previous experience as a Klantendienstmedewerkster at Inter IKEA Group and as a Stagaire at 20Something. Charlotte obtained their Master of Arts in Meertalige Communicatie from KU Leuven in 2016 after completing their studies at Artesis Plantijn Hogeschool.
