Lisa Magnuson

Lisa Magnuson advises senior leaders and teams on translating strategy to action, building strong relationships and delivering results.

Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership, she led teams and shaped strategies in a variety of corporate, executive, internal, field and brand communication roles. Her experience spans major consumer brands, nonprofit organizations, early-stage start-ups, agencies and commodity groups. With deep experience in dynamic and decentralized organizational structures, Lisa has a passion for bringing elegant solutions to complex challenges.

Lisa serves on the advisory board for the School of Business and Entrepreneurship at North Central College, where she earned degrees in Organizational Communication and English Literature. A certified yoga instructor, Lisa enjoys meditation, walking, reading and the arts. She is actively involved in her community of Oak Park, IL where she resides with her husband and two children.
