Michael Ridge has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Michael started their career as a Project Engineer at Delco Remy in 1990. Michael then worked at Vitamins Inc. as a Plant Engineer, where they managed capital projects and supervised the maintenance department from 1991 to 1994. Michael then joined Crane Composites, where they held various roles. Michael started as a Process Engineer in 1994 and later became a Technical Manager from 1998 to 2004. Michael then served as a Plant Manager for a 200-employee manufacturing facility, responsible for driving improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance from 2004 to 2013. From 2013 to 2021, they served as the Plant Manager for a 135-person site, leading the manufacturing of fiberglass reinforced plastic for high-end Recreational Vehicles. Currently, Michael is the Vice President of Operations at Crane Composites.
Michael Ridge obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, which they pursued from 1986 to 1990.
