Tracie Payan

Tracie Payan has extensive experience in education and leadership, currently serving as Principal at Crane Independent School District since August 2016, following a role as an ESL Teacher there. Before transitioning to education, Tracie worked as an Insurance Agent at State Farm from June 2005 to August 2016. Tracie holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Texas A&M University, earned in December 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Sul Ross State University, obtained in 2003.
