Tricia Wise

Tricia Wise joined Crane Co. as Vice President, Talent Development in June 2021. Prior to joining Crane, Tricia led the global Training, Talent Management, and Diversity & Inclusion functions at Citi, AXA XL, and Daymon Worldwide. In this capacity, she oversaw the strategic direction of the company culture and values and core talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, engagement surveys, and onboarding. Tricia’s background also includes oversight for a global corporate university, with extensive experience in facilitation, curriculum design, and employee development.
